"I'm sure people have seen reports in the past where we said we were using '100 percent of the PlayStation 3,' and we're not lying or exaggerating when we say that." But Druckmann said the studio doesn't intend to imply that the console is maxed out. "What we mean is that none of the SPUs are ever idle. They're working 100 percent of the time. In the first Uncharted, they were idle about 70 percent of the time, because we were just on the GPU."
Finally that ha...
OHHHhhHHHhh god it hurts, it hurts so bad, the pain.......
Have to agree the color palette of Resistance 2 didn't feel right after 1. The Resistance story just feels better when it is a little more gritty.
A little saddened by videos, but that won't stop me from picking this up. HD God of War is too much pass up on.
Don't quite see whats going on here with the posts, .... anyways Jesper Kyd did a great job with the first game. The music really pulls you into the atmosphere of the game. I hope there are more songs lie the City of Jerusalem or the Jerusalem Horse Ride.
Hey, you made laugh. Here's an agree.
@green
I forgot about that stuff. Everything in that list save for LittleBigPlanet are smaller psn games.
What I am hoping they will do the wand is make games like Uncharted, infamous, etc. compatible OR make games of this caliber in the future compatible with the wand. If they were to do that people like myself would be far more tempted to go and buy the product. They proved that they are at least considering that option considering that they did the Resident Ev...
Really love these ads. I have to admit these are the first gaming ads that have ever clicked with me. Normally I watch them and "oh yeah that game is out now" or "....", but I now actually find myself wanting to purchase a PS3 just because of the ad.....except I already own one.
Good work Sony, you make people want to buy things they already own.
I believe Sony have kept that information more under wraps. I remember reading somewhere that they have been showing it to their internal studios so they can release it with software. Whether this means motion control upgrades for current games or new motion games I don't know. However it would be very stupid of a company to release a half-a55ed motion system with no games in this market that is now swinging and flailing its way into the mainstream.
Both Microsoft and Sony wil...
Nintendo released Minish Cap late in the life of the GBA. I only recently managed to find a used copy at a Gamestop.
I remember voting for this name a long time ago when they were trying to figure out what to call it. Glad this title won. I always enjoy the games that Atlus brings over.
@BaseballFan15 and DasBunker
Watch out, Nintendo loves its peripherals. They just might do it. All I wonder is where you'll insert the wiimote.
Yeah its not much at all. I remember my roommate in college was really worried about not being able to play halo if he ran out. It was fun to watch him realize that it wasn't even physically possible to run out of bandwidth if he played 24 hours a day. Now streaming or downloading videos on the other hand can kill you far more quickly.
You may pay for N Mbps, but you also have to abide by that stuff burried deep in that small fine print.
Loved this game, It was the first 360 game that I played and beat. Anything to shut the 360 disc drive up is a great feature. My only bad memory of the game was that the disc spinning would never stop.
Good stuff
I would be conflicted with the purchase, but I might just buy the PS3 version because I can play everything on my PS3 (60Gb). It's nice when everything from the past 3 generations works on it.
The trend of supporting every generation of consoles seems to be ending, but if Sony releases the PS4 with full backwards compatibility for everything PlayStation I will be happy.
I loved the sphere grid in FFX. I remember I stopped playing the game for right at the beginning for several months due to school. When I came back I had forgotten completely about the grid and slowly progressed through the game without leveling up. The game gets very hard quickly when you don't use any of the spheres you obtain. You have to ration supplies and time everything perfectly.
@toaster
Good point to bring up, but I don't think they would pursue that option if the pixel count is the same as the original DS though. Gameboy Advance games required a higher resolution than Gameboy games so that option was possible and they thankfully added it (I used that feature all the time). The DSi LL likely won't include that because it still plays the same games as a regular DS.
However one can hope that they just add more pixels and expand the funct...
@Chubear
Regardless if it is comfortable or not, so many games would have benefited from the 2nd analog on the PSP if it existed. If comfortably was an issue think if the analog sticks were placed on the top it would allow everyone to hold the psp much better.
